Plus vs Auto Agency.
Same account-management skills — managing relationships, running private calls, answering questions and resolving blockers. What changes is what the client has bought and how much of the business we operate for them.
| Area | Auto Agency | Launchpad Plus 2.0 |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery model | A substantially done-for-you agency service, with the team responsible for delivering the purchased acquisition service. | A supported business-building programme: platform, prepared campaigns, training, action plan and private consulting. |
| Client's role | Positioned around a much more hands-off experience, with sales and operating support depending on the package. | The client actively builds and runs their business: completes actions, takes sales calls, follows up and manages their clients. |
| Campaigns | We build and manage DFY campaigns against the client's contracted service and guarantee. | Six campaign launches are included. The team prepares campaigns; the consultant helps launch them, interpret performance and decide the next actions. This is a defined launch entitlement. |
| Sales | DFY sales or closer placement can form part of the purchased service. | The client takes and closes their opportunities, supported by the platform, their consultant and Steve's Deal Desk. |
| Guarantee | 10 clients guaranteed in 120 days. | $100k contract revenue in 12 months if they follow the action plan in their platform. |
| AM calls | Bi-weekly 30-minute calls covering performance as well as updates / consultancy. | A 30-minute private consultation every two weeks during the 120-day journey, focused on the client's progress and current bottleneck. All consultancy. |
| 1-1 messaging | Inside Slack channels. | Inside the new AI Acquisition platform — you are responsible for it. |
| Activation calls | Doesn't exist. | Additional 1-1 calls the AM runs outside the bi-weekly calls when milestones are hit:
|
| Deliverables | All completed by the AIA team. | All completed by the customer inside the AI Acquisition platform. |
| Working environment | Existing Slack and legacy operating workflows. | Client support, action plans, campaign visibility and progress tracking inside the AI Acquisition Platform. |
| Programme structure | Delivery follows the purchased service and agreement. | A 120-day active journey, followed by lighter ongoing support and access for the remainder of the 12-month term. |

Help clients understand and use the tools. Route technical or campaign-build issues to the appropriate team and follow through until resolved.
Check they have calendar availability, attend opportunities, follow up, complete agreed actions and keep records current. Help them become capable of running the business.
Diagnose whether the problem is our delivery, the campaign, sales execution, missing client actions or confusion. Agree the recovery action and escalate serious risks.
Assigned Plus accounts, private consulting calls, platform responses, accountability and follow-through.
Office hours sessions.
Deal Desk and cohort sessions.
Their respective onboarding, campaign preparation and technical deliverables.
When a Plus client says, "I haven't signed anyone," the AM reviews the campaign, opportunities, calls and follow-up with them, identifies the breakdown and agrees the next action. Any additional delivery commitment must stay within their purchased product.
Guarantee note: The precise Plus guarantee/refund wording still needs verification against the Plus agreement. Do not describe Plus as having "no guarantee".
