— Deliverables · what a client needs to launch

Launch deliverables.

What a client needs to have in place to be launched — broken down by funnel. Most of your clients will fit into the Cold Email Funnel or the B2B Funnel. Each timeline runs ~7–10 days from OB.

Cold Email Funnel Deliverables

Standard delivery path for email-funnel clients. Main outcome: business identity confirmed, tech stack live, Acquisity connected, cold email infrastructure set up, website live, authority assets created, and cold email campaigns launched.

Full setup framed to the client as ~7–10 days, with core assets and campaign ready by Day 10 — depending on responsiveness, domain availability, inbox setup and approvals.
