— Agenda

AM Growth Workshop — Standing Agenda

Cadence

Weekly / bi-weekly recurring call

Attendees

Account Manager + Client (+ relevant stakeholders)

Duration

30–45 min

Objective

Reduce complexity → identify the constraint → create the next piece of evidence → move revenue forward.

1

Where Are We?

5 min

Recap and context-setting.

  • What happened since we last spoke?
  • Any changes on the client's side (team, priorities, budget, market)?
  • Status check on last call's action items — done / in progress / blocked?
2

What's Working / Not Working?

10 min

Review the automation & growth systems in motion. Walk through whichever are live for this client:

  • Campaigns — outbound, ads, content: what's converting, what's stalled?
  • Conversations — lead response, booked calls, show-up rate
  • Pipeline — deal flow, stage movement, deal velocity
  • Automations/Workflows — is the build performing as designed? Any breakages, drop-offs, or manual workarounds happening?
  • Sales — close rate, objections coming up repeatedly
  • Delivery/Fulfillment — client-of-client satisfaction, turnaround, quality

Goal here is diagnosis, not a status report — surface signal, not noise.

3

What's the Biggest Constraint?

5–10 min

Force prioritization. Don't try to fix everything.

  • Of everything above, what's the ONE thing actually limiting growth right now?
  • Is it a lead volume, conversion, capacity/delivery, or retention constraint?
  • Confirm agreement with the client — this becomes the shared focus for the coming period.
4

What Decision Needs to Be Made?

5–10 min

Turn the constraint into a concrete choice. Common decision categories for an AI Automation Agency:

  • Offer — packaging, pricing, scope change
  • Market/ICP — narrow, expand, or pivot targeting
  • Outreach/Channel — which channel gets investment or gets cut
  • Automation build — new workflow, fix, or optimization to prioritize
  • Proposal/Contract — terms, upsell, renewal
  • Implementation — resourcing, timeline, tooling

Get an actual decision made on the call, not "let's think about it."

5

What's Next?

5 min

Lock in ownership.

  • Restate the decision made
  • Assign clear owner (AM, client, delivery team, etc.)
  • Define the next piece of evidence that will tell us if it worked
  • Set the date/trigger for the next check-in on this specific item
Post-Call (AM only)
  • Send recap with decision + owner + deadline
  • Update internal tracker / CRM with constraint + next evidence point
  • Flag any escalations to delivery/ops team

No internal call recordings yet — send me the links and I'll add them here.
